NCO offers engineering, architectural, construction, and project management services to assist our clients in achieving their goals.

Your responsibilities include:
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of multidisciplinary design teams.
• A thorough understanding of engineering principles and the ability to design using a variety of construction materials.
• A thorough understanding of the building process.
• Ability to write technical reports and documentation.
• Create engineering designs from the initial concept to the final tender and construction.
• Oversee and accept professional accountability for the design work of others in the team.
• During project planning and production, ensure that Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are followed.
• Work together with other team members to develop a value engineered solution that suits the Client requirements.
• Assist the Practice Lead and Project Managers with project budgeting and schedules.
• Assist with design projects at various workplaces.
• Supervise BIM technicians and provide mentorship to graduate engineers.

You must have the following qualities to be successful in this position:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Worked on industrial buildings and infrastructure projects for at least 10 years.
• Expertise in the design and specification of steel, concrete, and masonry building structures to American and British standards.
• Be conversant with the design requirements set forth by the UAE Authority.
• Demonstrated expertise executing projects from idea to completion in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Proficient in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STADD, SAP2000, and others.
• Able to write technical reports
